You were our first kid. I used to work 12 to 15 hour days but I knew that you were home with your Mom and she had comfort in you. Everyone loves you. You're the only cat that would run up and greet people for the first time like they were family. My wrinkley little fuck. It's really hard around the house without you purring in anyone's lap. It's gonna be wrong waking up without you tucked under the covers next to us. You never got sick or even sick of us. It must have been really scary to not be able to make it up to the bed to sleep with us that night. You were supposed to grow into how old you looked. We hated seeing you suffer. You've never known pain and we wanted that to remain. I'm sorry we didn't see changes sooner. You wouldn't let them show. You had a big heart just like your mom and dad and saying goodbye hurt so much. Thank you for always being there for us. We will miss you forever. Today we said goodbye to our son. He will live on in our hearts forever.
