A little something I started in the pandemic. I wanted to create an album using only patches I made myself using Reason 12 Suite. 90% of synths used were Europa and Complex-1. Then my friend Jani sang on the title track of the album and I knew it would be special. Contemplating Cosmos would not have been the song it became without her. A lot of these tracks were written and recorded with the intention to bring peace and help me relax when I was dealing with a lot of depression and anxiety about my life and my future. I spent countless hours with most of these songs on repeat to just feel them. I have been hoarding these songs for months and a few for years now. I chose the name Contemplating Cosmos because it's a nicer way of saying staring at the fucking wall. I hope these songs feel as special to you as they do for me. May these bleeps and bloops hold you close and bring you peace in a world of chaos.
